Need Your Transcripts? Here’s How to Get Them

Whether you’re transferring schools, applying for a job, or just want a copy for your records, we’ve made it easy to get your transcript from 4Cs.

Order Official Transcripts

We’ve partnered with Parchment to securely deliver your official transcripts anywhere you need them. You can request printed or electronic versions.

How to Order:

• Head to Parchment’s ordering site.
• Create an account or log in.
• Choose where you want your transcript sent.
• You can choose to delay your transcript until final grades or degrees are posted.
  • Select “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree”
• Pay online and track your order in real time.

Cost:

• Electronic Transcript: $8
• Mailed Transcript (USPS): $10.50
• Mailed Transcript (FedEX or international): $38

Heads up:

• Records from before 1993 may take up to 15 business days to process.

Looking for your unofficial transcript? You can download it yourself through CampusWeb.

Steps to View/Download:

• Log in to your My4Cs account
• Click on CampusWeb
• Click on Students
• Click on My Unofficial Transcript

Not Currently Taking Classes at 4Cs

If you’re not currently taking classes at 4Cs, complete an Unofficial Transcript Request form and email it to us. Unofficial records can only be sent directly to you. Not to schools, employers, or anyone else.

Unofficial transcripts are free.
