Premier Gold
Gold • Stewart BC
A historic mining complex with significant existing infrastructure, including a permitted mill, underground development, and surface facilities.
Project Overview
The Premier Gold Project is a historic underground gold–silver system located in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, approximately 25 kilometres from Stewart, on Nisg̱a’a Nation Treaty Lands. The project includes multiple deposits—Premier, Silver Coin, Big Missouri, Dilworth, and Martha Ellen—and a fully permitted processing facility with a nominal capacity of approximately 2,500 tonnes per day.
Premier hosts an intermediate-sulfidation epithermal gold–silver system, with mineralization occurring in structurally controlled veins, breccias, and stockwork zones associated with quartz–sericite–pyrite alteration. The system is well understood through extensive historical drilling, underground development, and production data.
Within Cambria’s development strategy, Premier serves as the infrastructure and processing hub, while Red Mountain is prioritized as the initial source of high-confidence mill feed. Premier is positioned as a secondary production source over time, with contribution expected to increase as resource confidence improves through targeted infill drilling.
Premier combines scale, existing infrastructure, and geological endowment, providing long-term flexibility and optionality within Cambria’s disciplined, phased restart plan.

- 1. Mineral Resources are estimated at a cut-off grade of 3.5 g/t AuEq based on metal prices of US$1,300/oz Au and US$20/oz Ag.
- 2. The AuEg values were calculated using US$1,300/oz Au, US$20/oz Ag, a silver metallurgical recovery of 45.2%, and the following equation: AuEq = Au g/t + (Ag g/t x 0.00695).
- 3. A mean bulk density of 2.85 t/m3 is used for Premier and of 2.80 t/m3 for all other deposit areas.
- 4. A minimum mining width of 2.5 m true thickness is required to be classified as Resource material.
- 5. Numbers may not add due to rounding.
The majority of the Premier resource is hosted within structurally controlled epithermal gold-silver systems typical of the Golden Triangle. Mineralization occurs in veins, breccias, and stockwork zones, resulting in variable geometry and grade continuity across deposits.

Geology and Exploration
The Premier Gold Mine is located within the southern portion of the Golden Triangle and is part of a well-documented intermediate-sulfidation epithermal gold–silver system. This deposit type is characteristic of several historically productive mines in the region and is known for hosting high-grade gold and silver mineralization.
Mineralization at Premier occurs within structurally controlled veins, breccias, and stockwork zones, typically associated with areas of strong quartz–sericite–pyrite alteration. Gold is most commonly present as electrum, with silver occurring in a combination of native silver and silver-bearing minerals. Minor base metals, including zinc and lead, are locally present.
Property Infrastructure
The Premier Gold Mine is one of the most infrastructure-rich gold assets in the Golden Triangle. The site hosts a fully permitted processing facility and extensive surface and underground infrastructure, providing a strong foundation for a staged restart aligned with Cambria’s development strategy. Premier’s infrastructure serves as the processing and operational hub for Cambria’s portfolio. When combined with Red Mountain, the site enables a hub-and-spoke development model that prioritizes high-confidence ore while maintaining long-term flexibility and scalability.
Processing Facilities
- Fully permitted crush–grind–cyanidation processing plant
