What are Shortcodes?

Think of shortcodes as cheat codes. While editing your customer notifications you can use shortcodes to modify the body of the messages. Shortcodes may be used in emails and SMS.

Shortcode Definitions

This section will explain each shortcode and show what it looks like to customers. All example images are for the email notification feature. The SMS feature works the same. When you wish to edit your messages in Email and SMS make sure to edit the template for both.
