on Win11 I start a program named AkrutoSync which syncs my Outlook calendar with my iphone/ipad. I have set it up using the + sign and dragged and dropped it on the Yes button but nothing happens.

Buzof might not handle UAC (User Account Control) prompts because these prompts are designed to be a secure safeguard against unauthorized changes to your system. UAC prompts operate in a special security context that restricts interaction from automated programs like Buzof. This is a security measure to prevent malicious software from automatically responding to UAC prompts without user intervention. As a workaround, you might try running the synchronization software and Buzof with elevated permissions (right-click and select "Run as administrator") to see if that helps, but be cautious with such configurations for security reasons. Additionally, you can check if AkrutoSync offers any options to run without invoking a UAC prompt or if their support team can provide an alternative solution.
