There are currently auctions going on to raise money for those affected by the Queensland floodings.

I am offering up my services for two;

one for writing fic here

one for making graphics etc here

I'm offering fic as well as gifs, graphics, icons, fanmixes, screencaps, tutorials etc.

I know you're probably not interested in anything from me, but there are plenty of other people offering their services for this. So check out the threads.
Also, if you do not wish to bid/can not, there are plenty of other ways to help. Offer your services to make fic/graphics or promote these threads.

Taking a moment to plug caseland

caseland is an interactive challenge community along the lines of whedonland and many others. Members compete with teammates to gain points. Challenges range from writing to graphics making to puzzles to other randomness. caseland is specifically focused on television series within the "police procedural" category.
Phase 2 has just started. So there's plenty of time to apply for a team and get involved in the initial challenges.

Why was this not promoted more?

If you have Google Chrome you need to install this extension. It's only running til the 19th:

Everyone’s total tabs will determine a charitable donation made on behalf of the Chrome community, up to one million dollars. Here's what your tabs can do:
10 tabs = 1 tree planted
10 tabs = 1 book published and donated
25 tabs = 1 vaccination treatment provided
100 tabs = 1 square foot of shelter built
200 tabs = 1 person's clean water for a year

You basically have nothing to do except click for it to add the extension, then every tab it opens will count toward your total. At the end of each day, you choose the charity you want your tabs to count toward.

It doesn't keep a record of your browsing history. It simply counts tabs opened.

So please, please, please, if you have Google Chrome: install this.

Whether you celebrate it or not, I want to give you something for Christmas... why is this sounding dirty to me?
SO, request icons, artwork, fic, screencaps etc of any of your fandoms.
If I'm not involved in the fandom or not aware of it, I wont be able to write fic, but I can do artwork etc.
Same goes for screencaps> I'll be able to do them, but only as long as I have the DVD/can find a DVD rip to download.

Going to bed to watch Community (as usual) after a day where I've felt rubbish.

I was debating whether or not to post these because it's what I'd call a small blahmultifandom batch. As in there aren't too many of some fandoms.
I'm doing it though because I need a post here, I need to make tons more icons and not be held back by the style of ones already done (if that makes sense), plus I have to write my first ever Jeff/Annie fic for a slam at milady_milord and get the rest of the Community caps up at photism.
