Ski Preservation

Quick and Easy Installation
Build Your Own Ski Rack with Totti Button Hangers
- Totti Button Hangers (available on Amazon or Etsy)
- A sturdy backboard: You can use a 2×4, an old ski, or any strong structure to attach the Button Hangers.
- Screwdriver or drill for installation
- Measuring tape to ensure even spacing
- Optional: Wood screws (if mounting on wood) for added stability

Choose Your Backboard Select a sturdy material for your rack’s foundation. A 2×4 works well, but if you’re feeling creative, you can repurpose an old ski for a truly unique look. Just make sure the material is strong enough to support multiple pairs of skis.

Attach the Button Hangers Using a screwdriver or drill, mount the Button Hangers onto your chosen backboard. Space them according to the number of skis you plan to store. For most setups, spacing the Button Hangers 6-7 inches apart should be sufficient.

Secure the Backboard to the Wall Once your Button Hangers are attached, secure the backboard to the wall using screws or wall anchors. Make sure it’s level and sturdy, as it will need to support the weight of your skis.

Hang Your Skis With your DIY rack in place, simply hang each ski by its bindings using the Button Hangers. If you have multiple pairs, adjust the spacing to ensure they fit neatly.
