Burning Mill Express is a free graphical CD and DVD writing program for Microsoft Windows, available under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2. Burning Mill Express uses the cdrtools software to perform the actual burning. Burning Mill Express can create custom data, audio and mixed-mode projects and record them to physical discs as well as disc images. Supports recording to dual-layer DVDs.
