We are proud to serve school districts large and small across the U.S.A. since our inception in 2014. Bump Armor was founded when we couldn’t find a protective case for our own small children’s iPad’s that was protective, rugged, stylish and affordable. With 25 years of textile manufacturing experience we knew we could do better, and the protective case that we developed for our own personal use was the genesis of our company….and is still our top selling iPad case today.

Back then there were few companies in the K-12 space, and the products offered were bulky, outdated and lacking sophistication in both aesthetic value and quality of materials and construction. We believed we could leverage our manufacturing expertise and partnerships and offer a better product to schools across the country.

Rachel

Account Executive

Rachel holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Supply Chain from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - and completed a study abroad program in Prague her Sophomore year. She joined Bump Armor as a Sales Coordinator in 2019 and with her determination and drive to develop her skills, has progressed into an Account Executive role. Rachel has a very high level of integrity and sense of urgency, all the while building a lasting connection with each customer.

While originally from the midwest, Rachel lived in Dallas, TX with her fiancé, Jake, for the past 4 years. She has recently moved back to Wisconsin where they have bought a house, adopted a Golden Retriever puppy named Lemon and are getting married in September, with a honeymoon to follow on a South African Safari! Rachel loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends!

Jena

Senior Account Manager

Jena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in elementary education (with a secondary education certificate), and a Master’s in educational leadership, all from Wheeling Jesuit University. Jena spent the first years of her professional career teaching middle school history and English and then English as a Second Language (ESL) at the university level. She then ventured to Shanghai, China, to teach ESL. After returning from abroad, she began her tenure as an elementary principal. She has served as principal in schools in both West Virginia and Virginia.

Jena lives in Virginia with her husband, Jeff. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys traveling, and her adventures include eating lobster rolls and sailing in Maine, fly-fishing in the mountains, taking students to study abroad in Hong Kong, and everything in between!

Nadia

Senior Account Executive

Nadia holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing which she received from Bryant University in 3.5 years. Upon graduation, Nadia immediately stepped into sales with an outgoing and driven personality, initiating a successful career into Bump Armor as Senior Account Executive, where she has proven success for 6 years - with her customers being her #1 priority, always!

Nadia and her husband PJ are High School Sweethearts from Massachusetts. They have lived in many different states over the years due to her husband being an Active Duty US Navy Lieutenant. PJ has joined the civilian world and they have laid down their roots in their home state where they are raising their two daughters, Giorgia and Josie.

Outside of the office Nadia loves to spend quality time with her family and loves to travel. They enjoy local New England trips to Cape Code, NH, or Maine and, Florida in the winter where her family has a condo. Nadia is described as adventurous and easygoing!

Tatiana

Channel Sales Director - Strategic Partners

Tatiana holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University – and completed a study abroad program at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in Guangzhou, China. With over 20 years of Marketing and Sales experience, Tatiana has spent the last 10 years at Bump Armor focused on building long-term relationships with partners and clients with the goal of providing a high level of service and a superior customer experience. She has a take charge attitude, gets the job done and consistently goes above and beyond expectations for her customer's and always with a smile!

A Southern California native, Tatiana lived in New York City for 8 years & Toronto for 2 years before making her way back to the Golden State. She is fluent in Spanish – a language she is passing onto her son Jack and daughter Georgie.

Outside of the office, she spends her time with young children and husband Matthew. A lover of the outdoors, you can find this family at the beach or planning their next ski adventure.

Sydney

Account Manager

I’m originally from Joplin, MO, but moved to Northwest Arkansas before middle school and have since put down roots here in AR. I earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Arkansas, graduating with Honors and earning recognition on both the Chancellor’s List and Dean’s List. During college, I developed a passion for education through internships with K-12 schools. My professional experience spans sales, marketing, and healthcare, giving me a well-rounded background across multiple industries.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two dogs, Pepper and Daisy, as well as with friends and family. I’m always up for outdoor adventures—whether it’s hiking, skiing, relaxing at the beach, or anything in between. When I’m not soaking up the outdoors, you’ll most likely find me at a ball game, cheering on my boyfriend as he currently plays for the Phillies.

Emily holds a B.A. in Government and Elementary Education from the College of William and Mary and a M. Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy from Boston College. She also spent time studying abroad in London, England. Emily spent the first years of her professional career teaching elementary school and working in high school athletics, both as an administrator and coach. She has led both field hockey teams and basketball teams to state championships. Emily enjoys creating meaningful connections with everyone she meets. She takes pride in fostering relationships based on respect and trust.

Karissa

Account Manager

Karissa graduated from The University of Lynchburg with a BA in Elementary Education. While at Lynchburg she was a dedicated student-athlete, serving as the captain of the Field Hockey team. After graduating, Karissa relocated to Philadelphia to embark on a career in business management and sales. Her professional journey has been driven by a passion for teamwork and achieving shared goals. Karissa recently moved back to Southern Delaware with her fiancé, Willie. Outside of her career, she cherishes spending time with her family and friends. Karissa is an avid runner, completing her first marathon last November. Having grown up by the beach, she appreciates warm weather and the coastal lifestyle!

Laurie

COO

Laurie spent 20 years as a dynamic leader in executive roles within the beauty industry where she was responsible for leading large teams within Sales, Retail Operations and Education, developing and executing strategic plans and driving top and bottom line sales. One fateful day her two small kids dropped their iPad, breaking the screen to bits (with a case on it!) and her husband knew he could design a better product. Three months later, with a protoype in hand, Bump Armor was born. Laurie leapt at the chance to build a business with her husband from scratch, and 10 years later Bump Armor is a leading protective case supplier in K-12 and a key partner in the channel, employing numerous team members. In addition to growing the company, Laurie's passion is giving back, and as a result of the success we have realized, Bump Armor has proudly partnered with various organizations including Roc Solid Foundation, helping pediatric cancer patients and their families. Outside of work Laurie can be found in one of many gyms supporting her kids passion for basketball. On the off chance of having some free time....she likes to.....wait it's been so long she can't remember 😂

Bailey

Sales Liaison

I was born and raised in Colorado and attended the University of Denver, where I played D1 volleyball and met my husband, Ty, who played hockey. After graduating with a degree in Communication Studies and a Marketing minor, Ty’s professional hockey career took us on an exciting journey across the U.S. for three seasons before we moved to Austria, where we lived for five unforgettable years.  While traveling the U.S. and Europe, we embraced the culture, traveled extensively, and welcomed our three beautiful children: Isaiah, Vienna, and Ellie. Those years were filled with adventure, growth, and a deep appreciation for family and new experiences! Now, we’re settled in Pittsburgh, PA, where we enjoy traveling to visit friends and family, spending time outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, baking with the kids, and cheering them on at their sporting events and activities.
