Working at Heights
CPO-approved Working at Heights training covering theory, equipment use, and hands-on practice. Learn fall prevention, harness safety, and legal requirements. Certification provided to meet Ontario workplace safety standards.
Working at Heights Refresher
A Ministry-approved refresher for those who've already completed the full Working at Heights course. Covers fall prevention (guardrails, ladders, restraints) and fall arrest (harness and lanyard use) via theory and practical drills, with re-certification on success.
Elevated Work Platform
A CSA-standard course teaching safe operation of boom and scissor lifts (MEWPs) with both theory and practical sessions, including a short test. Harnesses provided (or bring your own), and certification is awarded upon successful completion.
Forklift Operator
A comprehensive course on safe operation of Class 4 & 5 counterbalance forklifts. Includes theoretical lessons, a brief test, and hands-on practical training with a forklift on site. Certification awarded upon completion.
Telescopic Handler
Hands-on Telescopic Handler (telehandler) safety training—covers theory, a brief written test, and practical site-based instruction using your own equipment. Topics include stability, load charts, operations, and hazard avoidance. Certification upon completion.
0 to 8 Ton Crane
Covers theory and hands-on training for operating cranes or hoisting equipment up to 8 tons. Includes pre-op inspections, load charts, stability, safe lift planning, hazard identification, and related Ontario legislation. Certification upon completion.
Green Book
Learn to navigate and interpret Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act & Regulation for Construction Projects (213/91). Includes theory, practical scenarios using the Green Book supplied to each participant, and a short test—certification upon completion.
Supervisor Basics
A 2-day training that builds supervisory competence per Ontario’s Occupational Health & Safety Act. Covers navigating the Green Book, supervisory roles, documentation, communication skills, and includes a short test. Certification awarded on completion.
Health and Safety Representative
Designed for new or current Safety Representatives (for companies with 6–19 workers), this course covers the Occupational Health & Safety Act, HSR duties, hazard identification, inspections, and the RACE method. Includes theory, a short test, and the Green Book—with certification upon completion.
Emergency First-Aid | CPR
A WSIB-approved, single-day Emergency First Aid CPR-A course designed for workplaces with five or fewer employees per shift. Covers adult/child CPR, AED use, severe bleeding, and burns. Certification valid for 3 years; blended learning also available.
Standard First-Aid | CPR
WSIB-approved Standard First Aid CPR-A training for workplaces with six or more employees per shift. Blended format—about 6 hours of online theory plus 6–7 hours in-person theory and practical. Covers CPR, AED, shock, injuries, and more. Certification valid for 3 years.
