Remodeling Costs in Denver & Colorado
We're the contractor who shows our prices. No bait-and-switch, no "call for pricing." Here's what home remodeling actually costs in the Denver metro area and Colorado mountain corridor.
Our Philosophy
Transparent pricing isn't common. We think it should be.
“I started this company because I believed homeowners deserved honesty. That starts with the price. You shouldn’t have to invest weeks of your time meeting with contractors and design consultants only to hear “we’ll send you an estimate” at the end. It’s disrespectful of your time and your decision-making process.
These are ranges based on real projects in Colorado. Your actual cost depends on scope, materials, and market conditions. We’ll give you a project-specific estimate on your consultation call after we understand your vision and timeline.”

Building While Giving Pricing Estimators
Mountain remodeling costs more — and here's why that's reasonable
Materials must be transported to altitude, HOA requirements add approval steps, mountain labor markets are tighter, and permitting in Summit and Eagle counties has unique requirements. We build this into our estimates honestly so you know what to expect.

Frequently asked questions about remodeling costs
Do you offer free estimates?
No. We schedule a 30-minute consultation call first to understand your project and confirm we’re the right fit. Then we conduct an on-site visit and provide a detailed written estimate. This approach means the estimate you receive is actually accurate — not a number designed to win the job.
What's included in the consultation?
A 30-minute conversation — phone or Zoom — where we discuss your goals, scope, timeline, and budget. If we’re a good fit, we schedule the on-site visit. If we’re not, we’ll tell you honestly. No pressure either way.
What if the project goes over budget?
We provide a detailed written estimate before we start. If conditions inside the walls reveal unexpected issues, we discuss it with you immediately before proceeding — never surprise you with a bill at the end.
Do you offer financing?
We can discuss payment schedules as part of your project planning. We don’t offer in-house financing but can discuss options during your consultation with lenders we’ve worked with.
What does the 3–5% donation look like in practice?
On a $50,000 kitchen remodel, that’s $1,500–$2,500 donated to a nonprofit you select. We share the confirmation with you so you can see the impact your project created.
