resource for in-the-field remote support for Trimble FieldLink.

 

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Remote field access via TeamViewer to visually see what your crew sees on the collector, helping them overcome any situation they encounter.
  • Access to BP’s library of tech tips and support documents.
  • Unlimited phone and email support for tablet under contract.
  • Notification of new software and firmware releases.
  • Service Loaner – one tablet service loaner per year.
  • Support hours: Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm CST
    Tablet must have a valid Trimble FieldLink subscription to be eligible for the ATC program. Warranties sold separately. Internet connection required for TeamViewer support.
