Welcome to our updated resident app, which has been recently redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up! The resident app provides the most essential components of the BuildingLink resident website. If you don’t see some of the below options, they might not be enabled for your property.

Note: this app is for residents of BuildingLink-subscribed properties. If you are a manager or employee, please download the “GEO Staff App by BuildingLink.” If your property does not subscribe to BuildingLink, please tell them about us!

Announcing contactless package pickups! Your building management can now use the contactless package pickup option in BuildingLink. Under Deliveries, instead of signing for your packages, you can now authorize the release of them from your mobile device.

You can now provide user feedback about the app under My Profile. If your building uses the Bulletin Board, you’ll see a new Posted By section. When adding a post you’ll be able to edit who created the post, and choose if you would like to be notified when someone comments on your post.
