Building Operation Technician Tool is a universal app that runs on Android devices having OS version(4.2 and 4.4).
With Building Operation Technician Tool for Android, Schneider Electric offers building maintenance personnel a convenient way to access the SmartStruxure solutions using WiFi locally or WiFi or 3G over the Internet. Browse the system to get real-time or historical trend data, change setpoints, force input and output values, see and acknowledge alarms and edit time schedules.
A SmartStruxure solution, powered by StruxureWare Building Operation version 1.5/1.6, with the Mobile Access license, is required to use the app.
Save time
•Access the building management system without having to carry a laptop around
•Perform troubleshooting and tuning when you are conveniently close to the controlled equipment
•Get information about faults on your phone or tablet wherever you are
Easy access
•Store your commonly used server address and credentials with a friendly name in the Favorites list
•Structure your Favorites list using folders
•Same username and password as when you are accessing using other clients
Browsing
•Browse the system with the familiar system tree structure
•Get easy access to commonly used values via the Custom View tab
•See up to date, and dynamically updating, values
•Change analog, digital, multistate and string values
•Force values that are otherwise controlled by inputs, programs or bindings
Alarm management
•View active and unacknowledged alarms in an easy to use list
