Co-Founded in 2017 by industry leaders, Joseph Mannarino and William Mahoney, Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. (BCC) is a full-service construction management firm serving clients across the Western and Central New York region.
About Us
BCC’s mission is to provide reliable, transparent leadership in managing complex construction projects throughout Western and Central New York. In addition to CM Services, BCC offers our clients Owner’s Representative, General Contracting, Program Management, and Design-Build delivery programs.
BCC understands that successful building projects require an extraordinary level of oversight and expertise. Therefore, we offer our services as a professional extension of our clients’ staff. Our role is to safeguard the interests of all parties throughout the planning, design, and construction process. We view ourselves as strategic partners to the owner, offering high-value-added solutions and proactively addressing any challenges that arise. Our goal is to ensure that the project outcome exceeds all stakeholder expectations.
With one hundred (100) employees, BCC has the largest team of local construction management professionals with extensive experience building K-12 Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Affordable + Market-Rate Housing, Non-Profit, Cultural, Historic, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Healthcare projects.
BCC has managed $1 billion+ of construction projects + manages approximately $450 million in projects annually.
Safety First
“Dedication to safety” is one of Buffalo Construction Consultants’ corporate core values, and we commit ourselves to a proactive safety program for every project we undertake. The safe delivery of a project is as important to our construction approach as securing the fairest pricing for our clients. Project teams conscientiously monitor the overall safety of our jobsites and our company. Each of our project managers attain OSHA 30-hour certifications.
BCC maintains an exceptional safety record, as demonstrated by our Experience Modification Rates over the past three (3) years: 2025–2026: 0.78, 2024–2025: 0.80, 2023–2024: 0.89.
