The Office of Budget and Resource Planning enables informed decisions and promotes sound use of public resources. We accomplish this through operational budgeting, which aligns with the mission and goals of Oregon State University.
Some key functions include:
- Prepare and allocate OSU's Education & General Funds Budget
- Provide collaborative budgetary assistance for all administrative, academic, research & public services units
- Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports
- Advise the University Budget Committee, whose charge is to recommend tuition rates and mandatory fees to the OSU President and Board of Trustees
