Report a Barrier (Request Help)

If you encounter an access barrier or need disability accommodation, we want to know. Please reach out so that you receive timely support or the best resolution for your needs.

Submit this form to describe issues related to:

  • OSU websites, documents, or technologies
  • Course content, and research or library materials
  • Academic or workplace accommodations
  • Event or campus access, such as ADA Parking
  • Buildings, classrooms, or grounds
  • Discrimination or lack of inclusion
  • Other ways to improve access

The appropriate department will respond based on the details you provide. Effort will be made to reply to your question or request within two business days. For access emergencies, please contact OSU Public Safety or call 911 instead.

Accommodations

Students with disabilities seeking academic or housing accommodations may also contact Disability Access Services (DAS) directly for assistance. Other formal accommodation requests, including those related to employment, religion, or pregnancy, can be directed to Equal Opportunity & Access (EOA).

Also, if you're experiencing a denial of approved accommodation (or other discrimination based on disability), you have the option to describe your concerns on the Equal Opportunity & Access reporting form.

Visit OSU's Accessibility site for additional resources and guidance, including information on how the university prohibits unlawful discrimination.
