Flatpack Chambers
Price on RequestFlatpack Chambers are single-use electroporation chambers that allow for the transfection of significantly higher volumes compared to traditional cuvettes. They’re ideal for both prokaryotic (suspension) cell electroporation applications and high-efficiency stem cell (eukaryotic) transfection.
Our Flatpack Chambers are available in three different gap sizes and volumes:
- 0.56 mm Electrode Gap: Volume capacity of 10 to 85 µl. Combines small sample volumes with field strengths as high as 40 kV/cm.
- 1.83 mm Electrode Gap: Volume capacity of 1.5 ml. Engineered with a three-ply solid sandwich construction of stainless steel and mylar plastic. Ideal for stem cells.
- 4 mm Electrode Gap: Volume capacity of 1 to 10 ml. Ideal for large volume transfections.
- NEW! 4 mm Electrode Gap, Bio-burden Tested: These Flatpacks provide traceability of raw material, are sterilized, and have low cytotoxicity, giving you peace of mind when scaling your therapeutic or vaccine up to production. Volume capacity of 1 to 10 ml.
