Our roof got damaged by the hurricane Ida in New Orleans. Igor and Val were very professional from the day I met them. They were very quick and responsive. They were very affordable and did everything on time as it was promised. They got our roof completed within a week we met them while all the other companies were giving us multiple months of wait time. Clean up was also great and I found my yard better than it was before. All the grass and flowers were covered and protected. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
Built to Last Roofing did a great job on our roof after a couple of hail storms. They also fixed windows, gutters, and the fence as well as installed gutters on the sides and back of the house. They were quick and professional and Ryan Kaamino was excellent doing the inspection, talking us through all the options, working with insurance, and overseeing the whole process.

We met Val with Built To Last Roofing totally by chance at a gas station while we were returning home after hurricane Laura. Little did we know that this chance meeting would turn out to be the best part of our hurricane recovery experience. Val and George were both great to work with and very professional. They both responded to our many calls, texts, and emails quickly. They never kept us waiting. Unfortunately our insurance company was dragging their feet and we had to pay for our roof replacement out of pocket. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid and I feel it was a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. Built to Last Roofing installed our new roof post Hurricane Ida. They were profesional, quick and tidy. They laid down tarps all over our property to catch as many nails and debris as possible, they installed and painted new vents and perma boots and cleaned up the nails daily. Ryan was great to work with as well. He was responsive and worked with my insurance company’s estimate. I received a timeline of my roof project with pictures from start to finish which really highlights the professionalism and great work they do. Overall really pleased with the work and customer service provided!
