Instalacija

Upload the entire wing-forms folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen (Plugins > Installed Plugins).

How to add form in page?: You just have to addshortcode in page. e.g.[wing-forms id=”16” title=”form 1”]
