Our advice service will be closed on Thursday 6th November and Friday 7th November, due to staff training and development. We will resume our service as normal on Monday 10th November. We will pick up any enquiries within 5 working days of our service resuming. We would like to thank you in advance, for your patience and understanding.

Brookes Union Advice Service offers advice on university processes such as Exceptional Circumstances, Appeals, Complaints and Misconduct. We can also support you if you experience issues in Brookes halls of residence. Our service is free, confidential and independent from Oxford Brookes University.
We support undergraduates, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research students.
If we can't help directly, we will recommend a service that can.
