We offer the most generous rewards program in the industry (in fact in any industry!).

Account holders will automatically gain reward points with each purchase (10 points per £1 spent). Each point is worth 1p, which is the same as getting 10% back on everything you buy.

How do I earn and use my rewards

First, you need to be signed in to your account. Rewards can be redeemed through at the cart or checkout by clicking the “APPLY DISCOUNT” button, you will need to be logged into your account to use your reward points balance, you can also monitor your reward points balance here. Reward points are not earned if placing an order using a discount voucher code.

Reward points are valid for 2 years after every order placed while logged into your account. This means you do not have to use them on every order you place, as long as you place an order every 24 months while logged into your account we’ll keep you reward points safe for you.
