At the heart of Brewmanity is our new artisan brewery in South Melbourne.

It’s our centre of innovation, where we perfect our core range beers and explore with our seasonal and specialty beers.

Led by our Head Brewer, Tim Miller, we have a simple philosophy to ‘make good beer better’.

This involves exploring the history of the beer style, then using modern day ingredients and brewing techniques, along with our own unique interpretations, to build and evolve each style.

We take pride in carefully crafting and refining each beer style, pushing the boundaries of what excellent beer can be.

PALE ALE – 4.5%

Tropical flavours with a balanced malt profile this beer is perfect for any occasion.

Our original hero in helping us fight THE BEAST that is MND, this is a damn good beer that comes from the heart.

 


Mouth
of Melbourne

DRAUGHT – 4.5%

Get it in your mouth… our brew pub draught simply tastes good.

All ingredients are grown in this great southern land and there’s a subtle hop profile that cleanses the palate.

Don’t think too hard about it, just kick back and enjoy this delicious beer with your mates.

 


Limontarta
Sour

ABV – 4.5%

This kettle brewed sour beer is infused with fresh lemon – to produce a tarty, refreshing brew.

Lemon zest is steeped in a vodka base for a week and then added to the finished brew.

Overall expect a cereal body with a citrus sour aftertaste.


Bang
On

ALC – 3.4%

Bang on full flavour, and bang on one standard drink. Our delicious Hazy Mid allows you to put your sensible hat on without making any compromises. Drink well, mindfully and enjoy!

All of our Cans are also on the taps and made at our South Melbourne brewery… as well as a few more varieties exclusive to our stunning rooftop Bar & Brewery!

We like to use the brewery as Tim’s beer ‘playground’, where he continues to develop his craft by experimenting with new ingredients and brewing techniques to create entirely new beers, as well as applying his unique perspective to some traditional beer styles.

Guten Timen Munich Helles - Lager 4.7%

Raise a stein to our Oktoberfest favourite  the Guten Timen Munich Helles.
“Helles” translates to “pale” in German, and this golden lager lives up to its name. Patiently lagered for 60 days, it delivers a beautifully clean, malt-accented profile. Expect a gentle malt sweetness, a rounded body, and the delicate touch of floral Noble hops with a restrained bitterness. Smooth, balanced, and endlessly drinkable just the way a Munich Helles should be.

Wheat Dreams Hefeweizen - 4.9%

A true classic with a local twist. Wheat Dreams is our delicately brewed Hefeweizen, designed to suit the Australian palate while staying true to its Bavarian roots. Expect the signature notes of banana and clove that define the style, gently lifted by a touch of New Zealand hops. Smooth, subtle and beautifully refreshing, it’s the perfect beer to sip all Oktoberfest long.

El Frambueso 4.5%

Sour – Berliner Weisse
Inspired by the vibrant colours and chaos of a Mexican fiesta, this bright, tart beauty gets its pink hue from late-fermented raspberry (frambueso) and a cheeky little hit of tequila for extra pep. Think: fruity, zesty, and cha-cha-cha!

Okie Dokie Aussie Haze - 4.8%

We have Created The Perfect Aussie Hazy Pale Ale! 

The middle child between the middy and the full haze, made with all Australian hops giving notes of passionfruit, mandarin, pine and spice.

Howdy Cloudy Hazy IPA 6.4%

You know we were hitting you with a Hazy from the get go. Our Hazy will change fairly regularly, but what we can say is they will be packed full of juicy hop flavour, the bitterness will be there, but the perception of it will be low… nothing but smooth sailing as these delicious brews go down on a lazy afternoon.

Big Dance West Coast IPA - 6.4%

If IPA’s are the grand final of craft beer styles, we’re throwing in a team of star studded American and Australian hops to take you to the IPA promised land.
Upfront bitterness, followed by a punch of citrus and tropical fruit flavours – and at a well disguised 6.4% it’s a dangerous beer that lives up to its name!

Extra English - ESB 4.8%

The ESB offers aromas of nutty, bready malt with a hint of residual sweetness.

We’ve lightly carbonated it to replicate that authentic cask ale experience, then balanced it with subtle herbal hop notes from traditional Fuggles and East Kent Goldings (EKG)

Down Town American Brown 5.5%

American Brown Ale – Dark copper in colour and full of character.

With classic Cascade hops delivering blackcurrant and grapefruit aromas, and roasted malts providing chocolate and caramel depth—this one’s bold, bitter and beautifully balanced.

Strawberry & Lime Hard soda - 4.5%

Our Blenders or “Hard Soda’s” are a product of what happens when fresh flavours mix with the good old fashion beer process! Brewed as Beer in our South Melbourne tanks we have come up with the MOST Refreshing Summer Drop!

Hard soda flavoured with vodka, strawberry & lime

And even Better its Low Cal & gluten free

Ginger Hard Soda - 4.5%

Our  Answer to a Ginger Beer… Just with a little more sparkle!
