Early Golf Foundation
From high school golf to SUNY Delhi, the path started to take shape.
Before the PGA awards, business ownership, media work and national recognition, there were formative years as a player and student of the game.
Club Professional Foundation
The golf business was never just one job.
Brendon’s early professional years gave him a wide-angle view of the industry through club operations, staff leadership, customer service, instruction, programming and community golf.
Those experiences helped build the professional foundation that later shaped his work as a coach, educator, business owner and writer.
Little Linksters Legacy
A youth golf idea that grew into a defining chapter.
Founded in 2008, Little Linksters became one of the most important chapters of Brendon’s career, blending coaching, access, family connection and grow-the-game programming.
Youth Development
Making golf feel possible.
Little Linksters helped introduce children and families to the game in a way that was welcoming, age-appropriate and built around joy.
National Recognition
A platform that opened doors.
The work through Little Linksters helped lead to national attention, media opportunities and one of the highest honors in youth golf development.
Expansion and Evolution
The work grew because the mission grew.
Little Linksters expanded beyond traditional junior golf programming into partnerships, adaptive golf, special needs programming and broader access to the game.
The GOALS program, created within Little Linksters, became a powerful example of how golf could serve children and families in deeper ways.
Academic and Professional Development
Teaching future golf professionals became another way to serve the game.
At the Golf Academy of America, Brendon served as a course instructor across multiple areas of the golf business and as Career Development Director, helping students prepare for real opportunities in the industry.
That chapter connected coaching, education and career mentorship in a way that continues to influence his work today.
Recognition, Leadership and Media
The career expanded from the lesson tee to the broader golf world.
PGA leadership, national awards and media opportunities became extensions of the same mission: serve the game, share the game and help people connect with it.
Transition and New Beginnings
The next chapter is smaller, sharper and more personal.
After transitioning Little Linksters in 2024, Brendon entered a new professional season built around boutique coaching, mentorship, writing, media and storytelling.
