Hünnebeck's CS 240 L climbing scaffold is a crane-mounted mobile scaffold used both as a support scaffold in accordance with DIN 4421 for supporting wall formwork and as a working and protective scaffold in accordance with DIN 4420 Part 1 for reinforcement, concrete, and curing work. The steel structure is fully hot-dip galvanized. The project-specific assembly of scaffold units ensures a high degree of adaptability to specific structures. The wall formworks are connected to the bracket scaffold to form complete, crane-movable units. A retraction device on the CS 240 L allows the formwork to be lowered by up to 83 cm, depending on the formwork type. A tilting device allows for the formwork to be folded down. Any required concrete surface can be achieved using either frame formwork or timber-beam wall formwork. Depending on the scaffold width, it can be used at heights greater than 100 m above ground level and allows a maximum formwork height of 5.40 m.
