New revision of article Coming Soon.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback teaches you to control your body's stress response by watching your heart rate patterns in real-time. A healthy heart doesn't beat at the same rate every time; the small variations in time between each heartbeat are your HRV. Higher HRV is a sign of a healthy, adaptable nervous system.

With our biofeedback systems, you use a sensor that tracks your heart rate and displays it on a screen, but the screen imagery (game) also changes based on the biofeedback.  This inherently lets you learn your stress response at a much higher rate than other 'data only' hrv biofeedback devices. You learn to practice resonance breathing to train your nervous system to shift from a "fight-or-flight" state to a "rest-and-digest" state, leading to benefits like reduced anxiety, better focus, and improved overall well-being.

For a greater explanation - see this article on hrv biofeedback.
