Mel brings a wealth of experience from her 16 years of work with over 1,000+ clients across many sectors including B2B, B2C, eCommerce, government and education space. Mel offers a strong balance of theory, conceptual thinking and technical strategy.
As a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)TM from Human Factors International (HFI), Mel’s strategies are based on a strong understanding of research-based principles of designing interfaces from the perspective of the end-user. The result is winning websites that balance user performance and visual appeal.
Mel is also PMP (Project Management Professional®) certified. This certification is issued by the Project Management Institution and is under the International Organization for Standardization.
