The gameplay in Brain Test 3 is as follows: on each level, a situation will appear in which a group of criminals are preparing their next attack or actively hurting someone. As the protagonist, you try to collect objects from the setting, using them to interrupt what the criminals are doing and put an end to their shenanigans. So, for example, if you see a slingshot on the table, and on the other side of the setting there's a stone, pick up both these objects to shoot the stone and turn off the lights; in other situations, you can use scissors to cut alarm wires, or break oil drums with a rock to make one of the criminals slip and fall.

Brain Test 3 will stimulate your mind on each level, encouraging you to think of possible solutions to the problem by using the objects around you. Another highlight of the game is its nice graphics.
