This app was designed to help you be more productive and time-efficient at whatever you do. Know when your body and mind needs to take a break and get back to work.
When you spend time working your eyes, brain and body get tired. It is essential for your health to make short breaks every certain period of time.
To make the most of it you have to:
1) Set the amount of time you want to work until the break
2) Set the amount of time you are willing to relax between working sessions
3) You can optionally enable sound and tips for these reminders
Now you will receive two reminders: first one will suggest you to take a break and second one will tell when to get back to work.
See? It is that simple! Now you will never forget about five-minute-coffee, chatting with colleagues or a healthy walk. Your mind and body will relax periodically and as a result, you will be more productive at whatever you do.
