Tara Payne is Vice President, Communications and Head of Publications at BPI, where she oversees the editorial process, crafts messaging, engages with the media and writes and edits content supporting BPI’s research and advocacy objectives. Her portfolio focuses particularly on prudential regulatory issues, including capital and liquidity.
Before joining BPI, Ms. Payne served as a reporter covering regulatory policy at Bloomberg and Morning Consult. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
