The BPESA Future Skills Platform is a leading Learning Experience Platform (LXP) which has been designed to uplift the local skills pool and develop the talent stack to support 500,000 jobs by 2030.

BPESA Future Skills has over 20,000 content assets and over 600 expertly curated learning pathways available to all users in the public learning library. Content is readily available to curate and support work readiness training for excluded youth all the way through to executive leadership training and complex domain specific training.

For companies:
Content can be built through the intuitive Smartcard including robust assessments to support all of your company learning requirements.
The platform can integrate with existing Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms to support seamless user experiences. BPESA Future Skills can also be used as a core learning technology for companies which do not have their own learning platform.
Keep content private using Group functionality.
Get access to rich data, reports and dashboards all scheduled and shared as per your requirements.

For individual learners and youth:
