From the moment we walked through the doors at Boxed Storage, Vincent took us by the hand and guided us through every step to get setup with a storage locker. His customer service was phenomenal, he was extremely well mannered, and a genuine delight to talk to. He made the entire experience for us. On top of all this, Boxed Storage has the best pricing in the area and their policies are simple and customer-friendly. For anyone who is looking for a storage locker, I highly would recommend Boxed Storage for the price, policies, and Vincent as he was an absolute delight.

My wife and I really enjoyed using Boxed Self Storage. Their premises is new, clean and very welcoming. They provide free usage of their large van, you have to pay your own insurance, which is a huge plus and it's in a very convenient location, both in terms of access and it's beside the Black Market food market! But without doubt the highlight of Boxed is Vincent Bartley the manager. If Vincent was greeting you as the general manager of an exclusive 5 star resort in Mauritius he wouldn't be out of place such is his level of professionalism.

The Boxed Team is absolutely amazing! As an international student studying abroad at UCC, I needed a place to store luggage over break. All the staff at Boxed were so helpful and friendly, even when I needed to make last minute changes due to a change in flight. I absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in storing their things! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Best storage in Cork!! If your looking for a safe place to store your valuables- look no further. I had used this storage facility to store my belongings and wasn't disappointed. First, pricing is reasonable compared to other facilities. Furthermore, Boxed storage is very clean and dry. I was concerned storing my belongings in damp/ moldy conditions but there was no concerns about this here. Also, the reception area is well equipped- from everything to cardboard packing boxes to tape, etc. There are moving trolleys available for customers moving their belongings, large elevators too. And saving the best for last is Vincent- who works at Boxed storage...always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to help me in any way he can.

Hello everyone, I own one of the oldest pianos in Cork. sometime last year I had to move and would have had to depart with my loved Piano If it were not for Vincent and the Boxed group. the piano was kept dry safe and looked after while, I ultimately went through the hassle of finding a new apartment.
