HoopTober8: Folk Me Up

I’m really excited to fill in a huge gap in my film experiences this year with folk horror!
I’m going to work on all the regular rules of HoopTober (watch 31 horror that follow the categories before the end of Oct 31, and review them all), plus the 3 bonus films, and all of them are movies I think belong to the folk horror cannon (don’t worry, I’ll explain in the reviews my justifications). I pulled so, so much from this list and found the primer link very helpful for a brief intro to the genre, so you might too.
