My list of folk horror films that I watched and want to watch. Currently at 75/175 films.
If you're wondering, what is folk horror? I've written a couple of blog posts about the topic.

Update 6/27/2022: The Museum of Modern Art is doing a 10-week summer horror program, with each week a different theme in horror. One theme is folk horror. Link to the program. Any films from their program that were not already on my list have been added. Films from the program have a link to the program in the notes section. I also made a separate list of the entire program if you are interested, click here.

Update 11/9/21: Adding all the films featured in Severin's upcoming box set, All The Haunts Be Ours: A Compendium of Folk Horror. I've noted which films are included in the box set in the notes. A few of the early silent films are not on Letterboxd. For info on the set, which will have a limited run, see: severin-films.com/shop/folk-horror-box/. I won't be adding all the films featured in the set's documentary, Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched, as there is already a Letterboxd list for that.
Update 11/1: Anthology Film Archives is currently running a folk horror film program. I've added films, including shorts, from their program to the list. Films featured in the program have a link in the notes.
For related interests, check out my list of Occultism, Hauntology and the Urban 'Wyrd', which are films featured from a discussion in the book Folk Horror: Hours Dreadful and Things Strange boxd.it/cyanm.
Also, this Folk Horror Christmas list is super interesting and highly recommend you check it out.
