My 9th annual Franchise February where I attempt to watch at least twenty eight franchise films. Essentially any movie that is part of a series. I call it Franchise February Plus for two reasons, the first is I also include the following:
Reboots / Remakes / Spin Offs / Shared Universes / Film Cycles / Unofficial Trilogies / Novel, Play or Comic Book adaptations
Franchise characters: i.e Sherlock Holmes, Philip Marlowe
Franchise Actors: i.e. Adam Sander, Kevin Hart
Franchise Directors: i.e Michael Bay, Nora Ephron, McG
Franchise Authors: i.e Stephen King, Agatha Christie
Franchise Studios i.e Toho, Shaw Brothers, Disney
…and the second is I give myself an extra week to complete the marathon and start the last…
