Writer/Director Damian Mc Carthy really knows how to amp up the CREEPY factor in a film.

A couple of years ago, I caught up to his 2020 film CAVEAT and absolutely LOVED it. Well, this movie picks up with that same kind of unsettling tone. Great evil ambiance that keeps you squirming the entire time as the story slowly reveals itself.

So good.

Well paced and darkly themed, I love this kind of horror.

(Side Note with A SLIGHT SPOILER: As ambiguously as I can describe it, there's one moment in this film that - when I thought back on it - cracked me up when the movie was over. There's a certain character who is so freaked out by all that's going on that they get into a car and literally drive out of the movie, never to be heard from again. When I realized this, I was just laughing as the credits rolled. Laughing out loud kind of laughing. I was so hoping there was a tag after the credits with this character still driving away across the country some where. Would have been choice for sure.)
