[Criteria: 5/9 films from a franchise, ALIEN]
A failure of a movie that does not work on any level. It fails as a movie, fails as a sequel, fails at continuing the tonality and themes of the franchise, fails at respecting the legacy of its central character, fails at making the titular characters scary. But above all its such a fucking chore to watch, and apart from a few moments it doesn't really have anything going for it. Good god this was a horrible watch.
