New scifi thriller on my birthday? How did Spielberg know? Disclosure Day isn't classic Spielberg but it is incredibly ambitious and overall I enjoyed it. Some stuff though was hard to dismiss. Big 2 for me.

There is a musical number scene in this film that feels truly like generational filmmaking that will be remembered with the greats. Like Ray Liotta walking through the restaurant in Goodfellas or the drumming finale of Whiplash or the fireworks finale of Blow-Out.
