MrPPeeps’s review published on Letterboxd:
Decent director, stacked cast, a pretty cool story of dirty cops/bank robbers vs the Russian mob, so why is it so boring? Well until the last 20-30 minutes at least when it decides to finally wake up. It definitely has it's moments of great action, but the majority of it is far too mundane and uninteresting, and the cast is crazy underutilised in my opinion
Not unwatchable, but at the same time I can see why this isn't highly acclaimed and I'm not sure how much I'm going to remember.
