This list varies a lot, it has some films that are in here purely for one scene or a character, other films are as a whole about sex work/sex workers. A lot of these films I haven’t seen, I’ve added as I’ve learnt of films, others I have seen, and have added as I know for certain the content of the film. Some of these I hate, some I love, some I might not even watch because I think I will hate due to the angle they take in the film, some I love but hate a part of the film. The majority of these films contain old fashioned, stereotypical, unrealistic, negative, harmful, whorephobic (prejudice/discrimination against sex workers), portrayals of the sex industry, sex workers and their clients. I want there to be no confusion that this list has not been made for people to further add to their whorephobia, to laugh, mock, insult, harm those who work in the sex industry in any shape or form past, present, or future. If I see any comments or reviews directed at this list in a discriminatory way, this list will be made private once again and that account blocked.
