I'm sure this will seem a little self-aggrandising and I apologise for that, but as it's the end of the year I wanted to share some of the writing I've produced for Letterboxd of which I am most proud. Some of these I hated when I posted them, but looking back with fresh eyes, I've discovered that I'm very proud of a lot of what I wrote this year. I thank every single one of you for your support and constructive criticism, as it's only allowed me to grow, in both skill and especially confidence.

Some of these are essay-like reviews, and some are short and poetic, but the general thing about these 20 that stick with me is that they capture my personal experience with a film, and that's the thing I hope to most capture when I write.
Below are some reviews for obscurer stuff. Not necessarily my best writing, but just stuff I enjoyed writing and hence worth highlighting:
Die Tomorrow
An Elephant Sitting Still
Meat Weed America
Sátántangó / Seiobo There Below
Suicide Club
