Since 2006, we’ve been licensed by the California Department of Social Services to deliver home care, transportation services, and specialized consulting period.
Our team of nurses and caregivers bring 30+ years of combined healthcare experience, with backgrounds in hospitals, long-term care, and geriatric consulting. We specialize in supporting seniors living with chronic illnesses, mobility challenges, and age-related conditions – always with dignity and respect.

About Our CEO
Vivian Aranda, BSN, RN, CMC, QIDP, is the CEO and Nurse Consultant at Boundless Care Inc. With nearly 30 years of nursing and healthcare experience, Vivian’s leadership is rooted in both clinical expertise and deep compassion for families.
Graduating from the University of San Agustin in the Philippines, Vivian began her career by co-launching the city’s first home health facility. Upon moving to the U.S., she worked in diverse nursing roles including at Stanford University Medical Center before founding Boundless Care Inc. in 2006.
Her philosophy is simple: “Every family deserves compassionate care they can trust.” Under her guidance, Boundless Care continues to grow as a trusted leader in home care, telehealth, and senior services across Silicon Valley.

Our Caregivers
At Boundless Care Inc., we believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. Every member of our team is carefully vetted through Live-Scan fingerprinting, DMV background checks, and full health screenings. They are licensed professionals who meet all state-mandated competency standards and receive ongoing training each year to stay current with best practices. With a minimum of one year of senior care experience, our caregivers bring both skill and compassion to every home. Backed by liability insurance and supported by clinical oversight, they are more than staff— they are trusted partners dedicated to promoting independence, safety, and well-being for seniors and their families.
