High Quality Plasticizers - Flexible Formulations

CPW 52 is a water-white to yellow, transparent, oily viscous liquid with excellent moisture resistance, consistency, heat stability, and chemical resistance. It is widely used as a secondary plasticizer, flame retardant, and lubricant additive in various industrial applications.
DINP is a clear, nearly colorless, and practically anhydrous oily liquid. It is soluble in common organic solvents such as ethyl alcohol, acetone, and toluene but is almost insoluble in water. DINP is fully miscible and compatible with all monomeric plasticizers typically used in PVC, allowing it to be blended seamlessly into PVC formulations.

DOP

Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) is a transparent, practically colorless and odorless oily liquid, free from extraneous impurities. It is only very slightly soluble in water (0.285 mg/L at 24°C) but is highly soluble in alcohols, hexane, and other organic solvents. DOP is miscible in all proportions and highly compatible with all monomeric plasticizers employed in PVC compounding, and hence it is a convenient one to use for flexible plastic applications.
Dioctyl Terephthalate (DOTP) is one of the non-phthalate plasticizers most commonly utilized in the manufacture of PVC. It satisfies rigorous environmental requirements, such as 16P, RoHS, and REACH standards, and is shown to cause no adverse impact on human health. Due to its higher thermal stability, superior durability, and greater transparency, DOTP is an efficient and safer replacement for conventional plasticizers like DOP and DINP in various applications.

DBP

Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) is a plasticizer widely used in industry for its flexibility, compatibility, and processing properties. DBP is a phthalic acid ester of butanol. This chemical additive is used in the industry to improve the workability of polymer formulations. DBP is particularly useful in improving the flexibility and durability of materials such as PVC, synthetic rubbers, and coatings. DBP has good solvency, low volatility, and stable properties that support consistent product quality.
