I am using Windows 10 and I just finished downloading the app, but when try to install the message "This app cant run on this PC" keeps popping up. What should I do? Please help!

Most likely the download was corrupted due to some unknown reasons. I have used the official website and downloaded the application. I have Windows 10 x64 installed and it works just fine.
