Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers are allowed to book orders for respective hotels and may cancel their reservations up to 2 hours before their scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.
However, cancellations made within 2 hours of the arrival time will not be eligible for a refund. Neither the hotel nor the BookMyBuffet Team will be responsible for any cancellations made within this period.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled date of service. If this timeline is exceeded, no refunds will be made by the hotel or the BookMyBuffet/Krisblock team according to refund policies. Customers are advised to make payments and cancel at least 2 hours before the order date for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery policy

There is no shipping or delivery service associated with any booked food orders. This is a dine-in facility where all food orders are scheduled to be served in the respective hotel restaurant.
