SAEF TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PONY MEASUREMENT
This form needs to accompany each pony, duly completed. (You will also receive a download link in your booking confirmation email) Please remember to email your new height certificate/s to [email protected]

SAEF TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL COURSES
If you are booking for a training course, please ensure that you download and complete the form below. (Click on the form to open it). This form has to be submitted to [email protected] at least 72 hours before the start of the training course.

Bookings Terms of Service

Cancellations: Bookings cannot be cancelled later than 48hrs in advance. If you wish to cancel, please ensure that you have sent an email to: [email protected] prior to 48 hours of your appointment. (Bookings that are not cancelled or rescheduled prior to the 48hour window will be considered booked, and non-refundable.)
Booking rescheduling: Should you wish to reschedule your booking, you need to contact [email protected] to arrange a new time/day. (If available)
Latecomers: If you arrive late for your booking, SAEF reserves the right to deem you as a no-show and therefore the booking will be non-refundable.
No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, the booking will not be transferable, and it will be non-refundable.
Required documents: In the case where hard copies of documents are required, you will have to ensure that you bring the required documents with you.
