As a Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payments, taxes, and compliance for "List Your Business" subscriptions on Bookaweb.com. This policy explains how refunds are handled for these services. Paddle-processed payments may also be subject to Paddle’s official Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Refunds are generally available under the following circumstances:
In accordance with consumer protection laws in the European Union and the United Kingdom, customers have the right to cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been fully rendered.
If a technical error on our platform prevents your business listing from being published or functioning correctly, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a refund.
In cases of duplicate billing or incorrect charges caused by a system error, a full refund for the erroneous transaction will be issued.

Cancellation: Prevents future charges. Your listing remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund: A return of funds for a specific transaction for your business listing. A refund for a subscription will result in the immediate deactivation of the listing.
You can manually cancel your business subscription at any time through your User Panel:
