Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, todas las habitaciones dan al río con una vista preciosa. El desayuno era super completo y muy rico (el lemon pie más delicioso que probé). Tenía estacionamiento cómodo. El baño en la habitación gigante y muy cómodo, igual que las camas y todo muy espacioso. Buena ubicación no muy lejana al centro pero a su vez en una zona ya más tranquila. Super recomendable!!

Cons:

El wifi no anduvo nunca en el 2do edificio (donde estaba nuestra habitación). Avisamos en recepción y dijeron que lo revisarian pero nunca se arregló.

Die Zimmer besitzen einen Balkon mit einem schönen Ausblick.
Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel.

Muy lindo hotel
Pros:

Nos gusta mucho este hotel, a la orilla del río, la habitación muy linda y espaciosa, la limpieza excelente, muy silencioso. El desayuno bien, no es un continental pero para nosotros estuvo bien.

Cons:

Pésimo internet, el restaurante cierra muy temprano en la noche y no hay posibilidades de restaurante cerca para cenar. Por lo cual si llegas después de las 20,30 al hotel no tienes posibilidades de cenar. Tener en cuenta cenar antes de llegar o comprar en algún supermercado algo para comer .

Antiguo pero impecable.
Pros:

El hotel viejito pero muy muy bien cuidado. Los lugares amplios y cómodos. La vista espectacular. Buen desayuno y los chicos de recepción y el mozo un 10, dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo.

Cons:

Le resto un punto por el wifi, en las habitaciones no funcionaba.

I am 100% to return to Naguilan if I return to Valdivia.

Me dieron una habitación en el segundo piso y no cuentan con ascensor , ni nadie que me ayude con las maletas. Al finalizar mi estadía me cargaron la cuenta a la tarjeta que tengo piesta en Booking y no me dieron opción de otra forma de pago. Tampoco cuenta con bidet
