и номер и ресторан и персонал -ВСЕ БЫЛО НА УРОВНЕ
Отдельно поделюсь ситуацией, которая имела место быть
Когда я резервировал номер, учитывая что я держу в месяц РАМАДАН пост, а завтрак по времени уже после того как я могу употребить пищу и воду, я написал ПРОШУ ВАС ПРИНЕСТИ МНЕ В НОМЕР В 3,30 МИНУТ УТРА ЗАВТРАК ( я написал что хотел бы )....... я не получил ответ на мое обращение на почту и потому счел свою просьбу НЕ УМЕСТНОЙ ( и даже не стал в момент заселения повторно просить и узнавать ) и ровно в 3,30 когда я спал ( так как не ждал уже ничего ) в течении 5 минут ОЧЕНЬ АККУРАТНО НО НАСТОЙЧИВО ( ПОНИМАЯ ВАЖНОСТЬ ДЛЯ ПОСТЯЩЕГОСЯ ) сотрудник ДОСТУЧАЛСЯ ДО МЕНЯ и принес мне красивый и четко по моей просьбе завтрак!!!!! Я ИСКРЕННЕ БЛАГОЛАРЮ ВАС ЗА ТАКОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ И ЕЩЕ РАЗ ОТМЕЧАЮ ВАШ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛИЗМ !!!!

Bir dahiki seyahatimde başka otel kullanacağım
Pros:

Merkezü konumda olmasını sevdik. Ayrıca temizlik açısından güzeldi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı dünya mutfağından çok uzak, sadece yerel mutfağa hitap ediyordu. Havuz yoktu.

I chose a higher rating because I truly believe the staff deserve recognition for their outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

The staff members were exceptionally helpful and courteous, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The shower was the only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations. After a long flight and extensive travel, we were really looking forward to being able to shower and relax immediately upon check-in. Unfortunately, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, as it appears the drain is positioned higher than the surrounding floor, causing water to flow outward instead of draining properly.

I’m sure the hotel is already aware of this issue, but it significantly impacted our experience. Aside from that, the room itself was clean and beautifully presented, just a disappointing execution on the bathroom side.
