Great facilities, lovely views, exceptional customer service
Pros:

Amazing location, great customer service by every staff member I came across during my stay - really warm and friendly atmosphere - so glad I stayed with this place! Accommodated my super early check in on request too, after a long journey to Dubai this was highly appreciated.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. In future I would just say it would be great to have some sort of packages or offers to include some wellness treatments within a stay as the treatment prices can be high, this would just take the experience to an even higher level
