We had a really pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay.

What truly stood out was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made a big difference and added a lot to the overall experience.

Cons:

The only downside was related to the gluten-free options. While it was nice to see some gluten-free choices available, they were not kept separate from other foods. Unfortunately, this meant there was a risk of cross-contamination, as guests used the same utensils. For those who need to follow a strict gluten-free diet, this could be a concern.

Very beautiful hotel
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Xi’an. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could need. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The overall service and facilities are excellent, and the hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast is good, although the sweet selection could definitely be improved for those who prefer a wider variety of pastries and desserts.

All things considered, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Cons:

One small inconvenience was a bit of confusion when trying to locate the exact address on the map, which could be clearer for first-time visitors. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Perfect location to stay in the old city
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent location in the heart inside the old city walls. Surrounded by shopping entertainment, and walking distance to tour the ancient wall.

A calm and restful retreat in a busy city.
Pros:

This hotel is located in a busy tourist area yet it is a calm and quiet oasis. The breakfast and afternoon tea are quite wonderful. Another perk is the very clean and efficient self laundry which is provided at no extra charge. The staff are all kind, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

A small request would be better lighting in the bathroom but that is a small matter.

Mein Aufenthalt im Eastern House Hotel war einfach super ! 👍
Das Hotel ist modern, super sauber und perfekt gelegen.
Die Zimmer sind wirklich besonders schön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und ideal zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: riesige Auswahl mit vielen leckeren Optionen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Doris , sie war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal was ich gebraucht habe, sie hat sofort weitergeholfen.
